Currently, Japan has political problems. It is an indication of the lack of leadership and
coercive force of Japanese government. In the parliamentary elections of the capital that was held the other day,the Liberal Democratic Party, which was the first party until then, was defeated. In this election ,it is said that the victory or defeat was decided by the charisma of the governor, but it became clear that the top of the Japanese government lacked political leadership anymore. Just before that election, the scandals of the member of the LDP was revealed. In the case, it is understood that the internal control of the party has not been taken, and the support rate of the cabinet is also declining. I think that how Japan will change in the future is the most important issue. At first, I think that the Japanese government should adjust the tax rate. Now, it is said that consumption tax rate in Japan is low in the world. However, on the other hand, Japan has entered an aging society and nation budget allocated for nursing care etc, for that is also increasing. The share of the annual budget increases and the Japanese society is becoming unstable. In this regard, I think that the government should raise the amount of tax we pay in our lives and enrich social services at that expense. A statistical survey revealed that the Japanese are the most savings in the world. It is said that it is a sign of anxiety about the future, and it is the reality that you prepare for countermeasures when unemployment occurs. From this, I think that it is best for the government to increase tax revenue and use it to manage social services. In the past few years, the limits some of the electric appliance manufactures in Japan also have been revealed on the industrial side. Last year, SHARP was acquired by a Taiwanese company Hon Hai. Then I thought that the tax rate should be reduced for small and medium enterprise(SMEs). It is because I believe that it is best to support for SMEs domestic industrial development. In conclusion, I think that adjusting the tax rate is the first step for future Japan. My last research topic was related to heat transfer. It was a study dealing with molds, a study to adjust the mold temperature. In this research, I installed a heater to heat the mold and
investigated how to transfer heat from the heater to the mold according to its position. I used carbon fiber for this study. Mixed carbon fiber into plastic to make a composite material with high strength. Since its composite material is lighter than metal materials, it is expected to be used in the body of automobiles and aircraft to reduce costs of fuel and so on. So I studied about the time and cost of processing the composite material. In order to perform the processing, we use a mold that forms the composite materials. However, as mentioned above, the composite material is very strong. For this reason, when machining materials as they are, special machinery is required for processing. The machine is so expensive and difficult to obtain. Therefore, a method of making the processing condition easier by heating the material to make it soft is considered. Heat to mold heat the material. That is, when heating the mold, I studied at which position the heating device should be made inside the mold in order to efficiently perform heating. For this research, I used computer software. By using the computer software, we can observe the state change of the object to be studied. As a result of this research, I got an analysis result with a basic model. It was the result of calculating model with some cylindrical some heaters set inside the rectangular parallelepiped mold. From this calculation, it was found that the cylindrical heater influences the heating range and time by adjusting the interval. For example, the closer the distance between the heaters, the more widely and widely heated the molded part of the process. In this research, we investigated heat transfer, but I am thinking about how to influence the strength of the die by installing the heater next. I am Kazuki Hashimoto.
I was born in August 27,1993 and will be 24 years old this year. I live in Eiheiji Town,Fukui Prefecture. There are various sightseeing spots in Fukui,Eiheiji temple is famous in Eiheiji Town. I belong to Fukui University and hane been studying polymer processing. My research theme in lab is Computer Aided Engineering. It's need to use simulation software and it was difficult to study it. Last year,I did research on heat transfer inside the mold. And I will do research on liquid flow this year. I have a lot of hobbies. Watching sports and doing it,Listening music and Playing it,and others. Originally,I was playing baseball in elementaly school and junior high school. So I often watch baseball broadcasts and play sometimes. Besides baseball,I also watch and play ball games such as soccer and basketball. In other things,I often do outdoor sports such as cycling and mountain climbing. I have been to Isikawa Prefecture by bicycle and have climbed the japan central Alps. Music is a more familiar hobby. I often listen music when I'm moving and working. I'll listen to any kind of music(Rock and Pops,Jazz etc),recently I began listening to Western music. There is days to practice instruments. Thank you for reading. |
